My initial visit I waited about an hour. I figured maybe doctor was running behind. I had taken the afternoon off anyway so I was not to upset. My follow up visit which took forever to get an appointment for anyway. Well it was horrible. I waited 1hr40min never saw the doctor. When asked how much longer before i would be the medical assistant stated still 4 patients ahead of me. I told her i had to get back to work and had waited over 1hr already she simply said "oh let me reschedule" How rude! No apology! Then said this is normal. Wow! I have no choice but to go back this is the workman comp doctor. If you can avoid this office PLEASE! DO not go here unless you want to spend the day there.

Dr. Anel is a good doctor. He is caring and understanding. He listes to your needs and concerns. The problem is he is a primary treating doctor for many patients in Workman's comp. He gets direction from most attorneys so he usually doesen't have much room in giving you the treatment he would like. He just refers you out according to the attorneys instructions. My first visit with him was over 5 years ago. He was caring and honest which is a rare trait in the medical field for WC. He does write great reports so that is a plus in a law suit. You want him on your side.
