He was the rudest man I have ever met, hard to understand his English he didn't address my problems or just ignored them, I am appalled at his bedside manner. Dr's. are suppose to be kind and friendly, not him. Got a new Dr. I'm very happy with

I do not feel that this doctor is really interested in his patients or taking responsibility for taking care of his patients. I have seen him 4 times and each visit, has been the same. He only wants to refer patients out, for things he can take care of, and order blood work. Other than that, nothing else. As a primary care, especially an internist, he should be able to handle all of my care. He doesn't listen or hear what you are trying to say, he looks at the computer more than he looks at the patient, he does not want to manage my care at all, he has even told me himself, he does not want to be involved with this or that, speak to another doctor.

I went to this Dr. several times. At first he seemed interested in providing good quality health care. Later, he was not interested in hearing my medical issues. He was more interested in the insurance payments. He even resisted referring me to a specialist. However i kept insisting on the same day and finally got a referral. In my opinion this quack is not a doctor.

I, agree with all the people that have negative remarks about this so call doctor. He is the worst of them all!!! Zero Manners, English is very poor. A Patient should not have to be subjected to this unacceptable behavior. You go to his office felling sick you leave feeling worst.

No long review needed, The ultimate worst Dr. I have ever come across. No manners, no introduction, no eye contact. I believe this Dr. is taking full advantage of elderly Hispanic senior citizens. The only thing he has going for him is that he has a license to practice Medicine... which should be immediately taken away from him. If you want the worst, you've got it right here.

Recently, I took my elderly mother for treatment with this doctor and after the first visit. she was disturbed to a point of a nervous breakdown. Dr. Crisanto demonstrates a lack of patience and his demeanor tends to be disrespectful, intolerant and indolent towards the elderly.

My elderly Mother went here about 4 times and by the last appt she was determined to find another Doctor that has compassion, listens understands, didn't come across as RUDE, and didn't have a language barrier. I believe all the other low reviewers on here after what she has told me.

I was referred to this Dr by a representative of Humana who told me that he wasn't very friendly, but was a good doctor. Since medical proficiency was more important to me, I choose him as my primary Physician. He was very thorough about ordering test to be done, giving me a complete workup, which I expected. (Lots of money to be made). BUT his manner was very brisk and he would not make eye contact with me. His English seems to be poor and he did not understand my complaints. I told him about pain in my hip and when I said I rated it a continuous 4, he said, "Oh, a 4 is nothing, take a Tylenol." All the staff are Hispanic and they speak Spanish all the time around you. I felt like I was in a foreign country. If you are not Hispanic, I think you will have a problem with this doctor. I have no prejudices, but I think you should speak English when you are in business. I got no reassurance from the Dr. In fact he shook his head that I had never had a colon test and made me feel… like I was negligent. He had no compassion that I had been without insurance for the past 4 years and could not see a doctor. He has more issues that not being friendly.

I think DR CRISANTO AND OFFICE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE...HE HAS THE WORSE BED SIDE MANNER I HAVE EVER SEEN,THE SO CALLED DR DOES NOT KNOW ONE PATIENT FROM ANOTHER..HE JUST WORRIES ABOUT GETTING PAID....

Dr. crisanto has worked very hard to control my diabetes and other problems. He has a lot of concern for his patience and their health. He has a good bedside manner and has compassion.
