Dr. Manuel Dorna-Pesquera, MD

Dr. Dorna is a fabulous doctor! He genuinely cares about his patients. He is very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions!

He is a very Caringand skilled family physician

Worse doctor. Does not care and wants money more than anything. He will give you drugs that will make your symptoms worse even after you tell him that you can't or dislike the drugs he prescribed. Doesn't listen! Staff is horrible. Teenage girls who don't care.

I really love Greer Family Medicine. It's never crowded. Always clean. Dr. Donna is a great person. He listens to your every concern and addresses them. He understands. He's not a Dr. That's just in and out. I would recommend him anyone. The front desk and nursing staff are also the same way. They make you feel like you matter. There no place better.

Dr. Dorna replaced a doctor that I saw for 3 years at this practice. He came in rushed with an arrogant disposition. When I tried to summarize my complicated MED history he started to stop me to tell me he was running behind. I have many specialists and need a primary doc who can pull the pieces together. I gave him six issues and he brushed all but one off. I am also pretty certain that he lied to me about a procedural issue. If you have a MED issue that you can relate in under 3 minutes and don't need follow-up...Dorna is your guy. Otherwise, consider another Dr.

I saw Dr. Dorna for a sore throat and asked for a Strep test (it was negative). I had to ask Dr. Dorna to look in my ears and nose (which he found lots of fluid in my ears). He told me to take some over the counter medicine. He never explained my illness, didn't listen to my lungs and only checked my ears when asked. I called two days later with severe cold/flu like symptoms and was told that he does speak to patients on the phone. I would have to make another appt. and pay more money to talk to him. Really?

I visited this doctor with sciatic never pain, prescribed me Anti-inflammatory which is good for swelling. Nothing was prescribed for pain so I am waking up ever night due to the pain while laying in bed, trying to sleep. Told me to take Tylenol - Really. I had lower back surgery years ago so hopefully this doctor will experience some lower back problems one day and see how he copes with it.

Dr. Dorna has been my doctor for years. He has always take very good care of me and even found what was wrong with me when others who were specialize could not. he has 0 ego

Takes excellent care of my husband and I. Did a lot of research and really "lucked" out with this one. Its been a long time since I had a Dr. I was so pleased with. He takes time to listen to everything you have to say. Willing to discuss other meds with you.

Dr. Dorna is the best family doctor that I have found so far in Spartanburg, Sc. He is friendly, polite and very manerable. He has helped me several times. He takes time to listen to what I have to say. I am one of those rare people that have a very hard time with medications he is very careful with the drugs he prescribes to me. Once I had to call them in the afternoon as I was sick and going downhill fast. The office said to come in right away. I was diagnosed with pnuemonia and they administered medications (breathing treatments) on the spot plus Rx's. Dr. Dorna had me come back every day for breathing treatments for the next 4 days. He is currently helping me a problem that the "specialists" won't even bother to investigate.
