I been coming to this place for a few years, and both DRs have been super nice and professional. The girls are very attentive and helpful too.

I visited this man and was in pain, confused, and desperately seeking clarity about what my options were in regards to managing a bad tooth. Minutes into my conversation Figueroa waived his hand and dismissed me. To make sure there was no confusion about his being done with the conversation (I was in the middle of talking) he got up and left. I was not raising my voice. I was not being belligerent. I was not being unreasonable and yet what I got in return was a completely unprofessional response from this man. I was astonished, considering I was still talking. A couple of assistants scurried in and would not answer my question about if Figueroa had just walked out on me. Total trust blown, I had no option but to walk out. Everyone can get frustrated. Itâ??s how you deal with frustration that makes a person responsible or not. If Figueroaâ??s response to frustration during a conversation is to abandon a patient, whoâ??s to say what he does when your eyes are closed, heâ??s in your… month and he gets frustrated. Save you and your families time, money, and dental wellness. Donâ??t take a risk and be impacted by his having a bad day. I relocated to the area and did significant research to find a new dentist. I canâ??t tell you how disappointed I am to find out Figueroa is NOT really what the reviews make him out to be. I am a great believer in referrals and have sent scores of people to my last dentist alone. The only thing I will tell people about Figueroa is to avoid his office. Keep looking folks, itâ??s just not worth it.
