Dr. Franco and his staff are amazing! He has been our family Doctor for many years. He is compassionate and professional, cares for the well being of his patients.

Dr Manuel Franco is a great doctor. He cares for the well being of your health . He always listens too a problem . and finds great solutions to resolve these problems. Great family doctor . he is a primary doctor to multiple memebers in my family . and they all love him . if i could give him 10 stars i would . _jmf

For many years Dr. Franco has been our family(of 3) Doctor. We admire and respect him from the deepest of our hearts. Honest and compassionate, takes the time needed to explain/answer questions in a respectful manner making us feel safe and cared, 100% trustable and excellent professional. We can assure that he has literally saved our lives during various difficult health issues that we've been trough, God bless him!

Dr Manuel Franco my doctor for 20 year.God doctor.

Dr. Franco is an awesome doctor he has been our family doctor for over 20 years. I am in fear of having to go to someone else ever since PRESCENCE got involved with his practice. I can't get an appointment in a timely matter. The last time I called in I had swelling of the feet and a low grade fever. I called his receiptionist and was told no appointments until 2 weeks later and that I should go to the emergency room. I went to the emergency room cost was over $5,000. dollars to my insurance company plus my out of pocket expenses when with an office visit with Dr. Franco could have saved the insurance company and myself this cost. I believe Dr. Franco was so popular because he treated the elderly, the poor and the insured with dignity and respect. Until of course PRESENCE HEALTH SYSTEMS WITH THEIR GREED IS MAKING SURE DR, FRANCO IS PART OF THEIR SCHEME TO TAKE OVER AND RIP OFF OUR HEALTH PLANS TO THE ULTIMATE. I HAVE BEEN TO HIS OFFICE SINCE PRESCENCE BECAME HIS DICTATOR AND… SEE NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM WHEREAS BEFORE HIS OLD OFFICE WAS ALWAYS PACKED. PATIENTS ARE LEAVING HIM. PRESCENCE ARE YOU TRYING TO TAKE HIS PATIENTS???? WHAT A SHAME SUCH A FINE DOCTOR. I WILL MISS HIM

Dr Franco is an awesome Dr I been going to him since he took over Dr pilagran when I was younger... He always made sure I was comfortable and he always answered every question I asked him

Truely an incredible doctor, Dr. Franco is the best of the best. Every word that comes out of his mouth is the truth, and nothing but the truth. Complete comfort and trust, you can really sense and feel that he actually does care deeply about our health. I strongly disagree with the first comment about how his assistants were rude to her. His assistants are nothing but caring and loving people. You must understand that a doctor's duty is no game, and if you don't make it in time for an appointment, that's you're own fault. So don't be mad for him doing his job, he obviously had other patients with more critical needs to attend to. So once again, I strongly recommend Dr. Franco to anyone, because not only is he a great doctor, but a great human being(:

Due to being 15 min late, the assistant stated that Dr Franco couldn't see me anymore because he had to leave and had other priorities. I had been feeling really sick for a few days and they stated they could not schedule me until Friday, so I am very upset that they would just disregard a patient like that, given the days that it took to get the appoinment. Furthermore, you should not be scheduling a patient at 2:30p if you are planning on leaving at 3:00p. What kind of time did you really have then to focus on your patient needs or concerns. In addition, the assistants were very rude, and not even sympathetic to how sick I was feeling. If you're not going to allow flexibility with patients the maybe that is something that you should really make your patients aware off especially when they are feeling really ill.
