VERY UNPRESIONAL SERVICE FRONT STAFF INCLUDING DOCTOR, VERY DISRESPECTFULL! CALLED TO OBTAINED A CLEARANCE FOR A MUTUAL PATIENT AT THE OFFICE AND BEATRIZ JUST HUNG UP THE PHONE WHITHOUT GIVING ANY EXPLAINATIONS AFTER SHE SAID SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO SEND THE MEDICAL CLEARANCE, I ASKED WHY? AND SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE, I CALLED AGAIN BECAUSE I NEEDED AN ANSWER SINCE PATIENT WAS HERE IN OUR OFFICE WAITING AND THE DOCTOR ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HE JUST SAID HE WAS BUSY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best Pediatrician in Miami. Treats all patients with respect and gives wonderful and amazing advice to all of the patients. Love him and will definitely be going back.

Dr. Lovo has to be the best pediatrician in the building. He cares and loves all of his patients. He knows what he's doing. The staff is extremely friendly and also caring. I have no problem making an appointment, and the maximum time I've ever waited is 10-15 minutes. I am happy with him being my children's doctor.

Dr. Lovo is a caring physician who genuinely enjoys working with children. He is very respectful of the child and explains everything to a child (of an appropriate age) so the child learns to become participatory in his medical care.
