I shatter the top of my femur and this doctor left my leg almost a inch and a half shorter then it was. Look up a image of a sprint car stagger, and you'll understand how much fun it is to walk! Thank Doc!

Thank you for the opportunity to be able to say something positive about this man. He early diagnosed a friend of mine, and friend is now cancer free (who had been to several physicians). I highly recommend him to anybody. I go see him maybe once or twice a year, and the waiting sometimes has been worth it. He is truly a devoted man in his field, and is very compassionate. I'ved seen other doctors for other follow-up and their bed-side manners don't compare, nor does their knowledge. I have my family members come from out of town for appointments. Extremely smart in his field and is on top of the early medications and side effects.

Spends so much time with his patients, he spent about 45 minutes with me it was awesome!

Waiting time at the Westside location was ridiculous - 1.5 hours so I finally left. Staff made absolutely no effort to schedule in any meaningful way or to respect the time and comfort of patients. Be prepared to sit here all afternoon because they have egos the size of Connecticut and think the sun rises and sets on our board certified tushies. Should you get so fed up that you leave, the office staff will assure you that the same thing will happen the next time so you might as well suck it up and stay.

Cares about his patients, not just the numbers.

Dr. Palafox is a young physician, who is courteous, conscientious, and very caring with his patients. Very few physicians today are taking the time to listen to the patient as he does. Excellent care!!

I have gone to several physicians to know that by now, I have to take an active role in my own health. I have been to see Dr Palafox several times, and they have been very pleasant visits. I understand that the waits can sometimes be very long, but other than that, he was able to get me the necessary follow ups and the correct dosage for my asthma and medications. He is very knowledgeable with all the current meds and trends, very informative and very prompt when it came schedules for follow ups. His staff is nothing like he, but I understand. He is seeing alot of people and the office is sometimes very busy. I will continue to see him as my own personal physician, and I would highly recommend him.

Not once, but hand full of visits to this doctor and the waits are more painful than the reason for the visit. We have waited up to 5 hours for this doctor to see us. He's a nice man, but when it comes down to the patience for seeing routine patients you can tell he's not that into them. Overall, I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, but I would recommend a very long vacation for this doc.
