Both of the Dr. Paredes - Manuel and Madelyn - are great doctors who take time to listen and property diagnose/treat you, though Manuel is my primary doctor. Dr. Manuel Paredes since the start was very friendly and took time to listen each visit without rushing me. We would joke, etc. during the visits, which made me feel very comfortable. I've seen him for almost two years now and I hope to continue seeing Dr. Paredes for the foreseeable future! I'd highly recommend him. The reason for the 4 vs. 5 star review, is because of the constant backlog in appointments, to where you realistically can't see either doctor when you're sick and really need them! Even though the waiting room is never full, which is mind boggling. Instead, you have to go to an urgent care clinic and pay much more $.

Dr. Madelyn Paredes was recommended to me by another doctor. While the doctor herself seemed warm and knowledgeable, the nurse/assistant was the nastiest person I've ever had to deal with. Rude, unprofessional and she acted as though she was doing me a favor by treating me. This woman was so awful that I immediately got a new doctor. Who wants to deal with anyone in a doctor's office like that? I would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone, it's just not worth it.

Dr Madelyn Paredes is fine but the staff is terrible. the can not get the prescriptions right don't call in to the pharmacy ... basically the same as the 1st review...the office help is making the Doctors like dopes. Sorry

the dr,is very good, but the office worker is horribl, to mush time for nothing,the medical assistant,loose to mush time,dont send the refield to pharmacy,and every day is diferent excuise. but dr manuel paredeas and wife,are very smart and profecional,
