Forewarned. To reach Dr. Penalver’s Office to speak with a nurse or any follow up assistant or even a receptionist be prepared to call repeatedly, listen to the same message giving office hours and the best time to reach the office. The office time they request you to reach them is after 3pm this is not true you still go to the loop of office hrs, and their address and if this is emergency, call 911 without a option to leave a message. I tried 4 times today and was on hold for hours. This is a common occurrence. Dr. Penalver is a good the office communication system is horrible.

Didn’t wait long in lobby; Examination was done quickly and I visited with doctor for a few minutes following examination. Made appointment for next visit and was done. I usually go early in the morning( first time this late in afternoon. I prefer mornings.

I went to the doctor for a biopsy and he removed a polyp without my authorization, two doctors told me that the procedure should not be done in an office because of the size of the polyp, the correct thing was in a clinic and he did it in his office, the polyp It was the size of my thumb and he removed it without anesthesia. I don't go back there

Dr Penalver is the most caring and understanding physician. He is always there for you, listening to all you need to share and spending as much time with you as you need.

Great doctor. Had surgery by him six years ago. Saw him yesterday . Always corteous, easy to talk to, so knowledgeable.

Had a great experience at this office and about Dr Penalver I have nothing but good things to say and to thank him for his professionalism and care for his patients. I will continue my care with him and the office

They don’t come any better than Dr. Penalver. He cares about his profession and his patients. This attitude comes through in all that he does in the area of gynecology. He is also a wonderful surgeon. Call on him you won’t regret it
