Dr. Manuel Perez Izquierdo

This guy is the rudest doctor I have ever had to interact with. He has no bedside manners and should not be treating patients if he can’t even speak to people with respect. He angers in seconds after giving wrong information and a wrong assessment and becomes verbally rude and aggressive. He is a disgrace to the medical field.

He took care of me at one of the worst moments of my life after I was flown to the hospital with a ruptured aortic aneurysm. I have recovered well and now I'm almost back to normal. Thank you Dr. Perez for allowing me to see my grandchildren again!

He was very rude. I had on a Xray that showed Arteriosclerosis of the foot. My foot is swollen and he kept saying it's Tarsal tunnel syndrome. He took my results and refused to give them back. When I began to give him my medical history he mocked me. I also have IgG antibodies which causes clots. When I said my foot was swollen and I cant walk on it. He said I saw you walk into the office. I said I dragged my foot he said yeah right you got in here. He doesn't care

Dr. Perez is now with the Vascular Institute of Central Florida. I had to wait a month for an appointment. The appointment was on time, not a lot of waiting in the waiting room. The doctor seemed nice and reviewed my films. But then I had to wait another 5 weeks to get the test he ordered. I told him I was having extreme pain at night in bed and he just told me to see how it went, as if the pain would magically go away. I tried for 2 weeks but the pain was severe at night. It took them 3 days to call me back. The nurse told me to try over the counter meds and ice packs even though I had told her I had tried all that in the past with no relief. Then I was told there was nothing else they would do and I could just go to the ER if I thought it was that bad. Very disappointed and found another vascular surgeon the same day. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
