Every appointment I had to wait one hour. Dr Rosales is not sympathetic/empathetic. He couldn't draw blood so I was stuck twice, and I'm not difficult to draw blood from. He was suppose to put my prescriptions through local pharmacy, but instead he put it through mail order which cost me $20.00. When I spoke to the so called office manager, which can't manage herself out of a brown paper bag, she took offense to my asking since the doctor made this mistake, will the office or doctor reimburse my $20.00? The office is dirty, the doctor is not caring and you wait, wait and wait! Don't go to this office it's a horror!

Great PC for me over the years. I highly recommend him to anyone.
