horrible doctor. went into the emergency room for an emergency supply of pain medicine on my neurologists orders (their pain management doctor who could prescribe was not there that day) as well as to have x-rays done (ordered by the aforementioned neurologist) while i was there. i was asked to disrobe completely unnecessarily, (which was very difficult as i was there due to several bulging and 1 ruptured disc in my lumbar) and then was told he would prescribe no pain medicine, and all he could do was give me a shot of morphine or fentanyl. I repeatedly tried explaining i am morphine resistant, it wouldn't do anything, and i would never want fentanyl after all the horror stories i've heard about it. after him ignoring me and repeatedly trying to offer me morphine, he threw his hands up and said "well i can't treat you" and left. AND THEN had the audacity to try to bill me for no services rendered. if you are ever in need of help, pray you don't end up with this jerk!

Yesterday, I fell off an electric scooter. I was taken to the hospital by one of my coworkers because I hit my head really hard on the pavement. I was almost unconscious. I went to the hospital because I wanted to make sure that I did not have a concussion. When it was my turn to see this so call doctor. He requested I take a shot for tetanus, but I was unsure of what it was. To which he answered “a shot for tetanus”. Like yea no shit. I asked what is tetanus and he walked away. I called my boyfriend to explain to him what just happened and when the doctor returned he refused to speak with me if my boyfriend was on the phone. I did not get off the phone because that’s ridiculous and he walked out again. I called one of the nurses and requested the CAT scan. He came back in and told me I was too young for that and it could cause cancer. I could have went home with bleeding in my brain and died. After I spoke with 5 different nurses he finally ordered the scan. I couldn’t believe this!

Started having chest pains on Sunday. Waited until Monday to call my doctor. My doctor sent me to the ER. I have an enlarged spleen and that was diagnosed before. Salazar would not listen to me, acted like I was there for drugs, sent me home and never even explained what was going on. He was upset because none of the nurses told me to undress from the waist down. I was only told my shirt and bra and to wear the gown. Very rude and unprofessional.

I went to the ER with GI bleeding and have existing chronic stomach issues. A cat scan was not completed and I was diagnosed with the stomach flu. A few days later, I ended up in the hospital for a week.

He is the rudest and most pushy doctor I know. Had him two times in the ER and didn’t have a good experience with Him. He will not be seeing Me if I need to go to the hospital, I will request another doctor.

Is very rude would not even test me left went to another hospital was septic he needs his medical licence taken this is not first time

Terrible bedside manner, was a real jerk. Do NOT recommend
