Please save yourself from a ton of time and frustration and find a different doctor. This “doctor” is horrible and the staff isn’t much better. I played phone tag with this office for weeks, to find out they still needed a referral from my PCP before I could schedule an appointment (this could have and should have been mentioned in one of their voicemails or they could have contact my PCP directly as they had their contact information). I got the referral done almost immediately but it still took them another week to finally return my call for an appointment. Oh but wait...more drama! The person scheduling, Leticia, asked me if I had ever seen another pain management doctor ever, and I advised her I had. To which she replied oh...we are going to have to request those records first before we can schedule an appointment and the doctor has to review those records. So, I was transferred to the Office Administrator (per my request) and told her about all of the issues I had been… having with just getting an appointment! She apologized profusely and went ahead and scheduled me as I mentioned I have copies of my medical records from the prior pain management doctor that I had seen. All to show up, 30 minutes early (as per their request), already had all my new patient paperwork done and medical records from prior doctor, and did not get called back for about 20 minutes. Then once I was put into a room, I waited another 30 minutes or so for the doctor to come in. My appointment was at 8:25 am and I had been there since 7:55 am and I did not leave until 9:35 am after being told by the “pain management specialist” that he could not help me. I have many health conditions, and live in chronic pain and the pain management physician couldn’t help me. Wow. Just wow. So save your energy and find another doctor!

Dr. Ybarra is the only Doctor that actually took time to listen to my concerns and address them each specifically. He is the best pain management Doctor that I've had the pleasure of being treated by.

Dr.Ybarra and his staff are amazing!! Always very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommend!

Went in today to see the doctor about persisting back pain. His clinic seemed very busy but everyone was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Ybarra answered all my questions and helped me formulate a plan on how to deal with this back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I had hopes of a good patient doctor relationship, but just not possible. Very dissatisfied. Never treated kindly. Treatent plan, not very helpful for someone with cronic pain. Take two aspirin and call you in the morning

I was scared that all pain doctors had no compassion. But after I left Yabarra's I found a doctor who actually listens.Soo much better.care than Yabarra.Wish I had left Yabarra alot sooner. Happy at last.

Not a good listener

Thank you...Dr. Ybarra...for COLLABORATING in resorting my physical health (since my fall in 2011) with physical therapy and modern technology...with your non-stop individualized, caring treatment...I could not ever imagine...EVER...my pain management medical treatment in another's care... many thanks to you and your loving staff! ck

I have been a patient if Dr Ybarra for about 2 yrs. I am retired from the medical field and I must admit I am a bit on the hard side when it comes to rating physicians cuz I know what to look out for both Physicians and staff. Dr Ybarra continues to be a caring, compassionate, wonderful bedside manner Physician. He is a very very knowledgeable in his speciality. I still have pain I have herniated disk both in my neck and back. Dr Ybarra has helped me stay away from surgery by controlling my pain as much as possible. I trust him that when he can no longer help me he will let me know but for now I will continue to be his patient gladly. As for his staff they are great , caring and very professional.

Today was my first visit. The doctor has excellent bed side manners. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and shows interest in what you are explaining to him. I have to say he nailed the problem. He gave me a series of injections and now there is very little pain. Feels great to be back to normal and be able to move around pain free. Also need to mention that the staff (lady at front desk, nurse, doctor's assistant and nurse that assisted the doctor in the room with the injections)were all awesome and very friendly. I had a great experience! Thank you Dr. Ybarra and staff.
