Dr. Manuela Belda Hamaoui, MD

I visited her for an annual physical. The doctor was ok during the visit but watch your bill afterward. She would order unnecessary additional items for the bloodwork like a deer tick test when there was no bite. She also charged for an over $200 office visit simply because she wrote a prescription for an allergy spray. Her staff was rude. Will never go back.

What initially impressed me was she wanted to meet with me both before my blood tests (to make sure she selected the right ones) and after. I was doubly impressed. Not only had Dr Hamaoui studied the blood test results, but she had studied the result from the various doctors I had seen over the past 2 years. I was triple impressed that she noticed that I was looking a bit bloated (I assume compared to the last time she saw me). She discussed my blood test results and all the questions I had in an understandable but thorough way.

This doctor did not do anything. There was no point in making an appointment with her.

Dr. Manuela Hamaoui is my family doctor as well as my wife's. She is the best doctor we have ever had. She makes you feel very comfortable and she truly cares. Two weeks ago I had a tooth infection and I was very concerned about going to a the dentist, due to the Covid-19 and since I am over 70.  I called her for help and she followed up right away with my dentist to find out if he had all the safety procedures in place so I wouldn't get contaminated with the virus.  She asked questions I never would have thought of.  She did an outstanding job and told me it was safe for me to go and how to go about it.  It was a great relief for me.  Even before the Covid-19 outbreak, she ALWAYS went above and beyond.  She calls us back and she explains everything clearly.  She is an excellent diagnostician. So thank you Dr. Hamaoui.  Thank you so much.

I saw her today in her Randolph, NJ office of Atlantic Heath. She questioned some medicines and dosage I am taking and promised to followup with the prescribing physicians, She seemed very knowledgeable and concerned physician
