Dr. Manyan Ng, MD

We've been going to Dr Ng for over 10 years and he is great. He has always been thorough and always took the time to talk with both me and my son directly and answer all our questions.

We have been extremely happy with Dr Ng’s care. He’s attentive and thinks through when we have any health issues. I tend to prefer a wholistic approach to health and he is not dismissive of that, like so many other doctors. Instead, he seems to respect our views while sometimes advocating for a more traditional approach. This leads to a healthy and thoughtful dialogue and provides knowledgeable information and options. I also like the way he talks with my child; in a fun, respectful and engaging way. I really pleased with him as a doctor, but really the entire staff at the West Chester office is fantastic!!!

Dr. Ng is easy-going yet very attentive. Does not make me feel bad if I bring my child in for a sick visit. We see Dr. Ng for all of our well visits and will continue to do so!

Doctor was RUDE , RUDE, RUDE!!!!!

Barely got to explain my sons condition before he cut me off to say that there was a virus going around. Visit was 10 minutes. Worst doctor!! And the wait to get in was awful!

Last year, my daughter was sick for 3 weeks. She had been projectile vomiting, couldn't hold food down and would just barely wet her diapers. I brought her to the office 3 times that week as these symptoms were just not normal. She had an ongoing fever. (Broomall ped drs don't even want to see you unless the fever has been going on for 3 days). We brought her to Dr. Ng....BIG MISTAKE!!!! The guy was rude and acted as if I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. He insisted it was a virus and did not want to do any further tests, no blood work, nothing! I'm not a doctor, but something with my daughter was just not right! My daughter was becoming more and more lethargic so we rushed her to the ER where her she was completelty dehydrated and her blood sugar was at 32. Dr Ng thought that this was quite normal and did not even follow up. My daughter was admitted into CHOP for a week and was shorty after diagnosed with a gastreosophical issue that she is still having follow… up treatment for today. Dr. Ng spent about 5 minutes in the room with us and dismissed us twice. So negligent and incompetent!! will never go back!

Dr Ng takes the time to talk to you. You are not just another appt at this office. Great staff.
