Dr. Mohammed Azam Mohiuddin, MD

My mother in law was admitted to the hospital with sudden and dramatic memory loss, confusion and muscle weakness. We repeatedly asked when the neurologist would see her and after three days were told he saw her at midnight. This is a highly inappropriate time for an assessment. Dr. Mohiuddin never had the courtesy to report results to the family, even after multiple requests and complaints. In addition, he did not even correctly identify my mother in law's correct hand dominance. A neurologist... you must be kidding me. We have complained to the highest level of the hospital,and intend to complain to the state on ethical grounds. In addition we fully intend to challenge any bill as we have no confidence that Dr. Mohiuddin even saw our mother. Do NOT use him for your loved one.
