Dr. Mara Nicole Bryan

I was forced to switch to Dr Bryan after my previous doctor left the practice. I scheduled an annual visit with her in October 2025. My annual wellness visits are fully covered with my insurance. I met with Dr Bryan and discussed the same issues I had discussed at my previous wellness visit with my previous doctor. When I checked out after my appointment I was told that I owed no copay. I was shocked when 2 months later I got an email saying I had an outstanding balance that was overdue. I looked into the issue further and come to find out Dr Bryan coded my visit as a specialist visit which it was not and therefore I owed a copay which was the opposite of what I was told on the day of my visit when I checked out. I just find this to be very dishonest and shady that they billed me after the fact and tried to say it was because I discussed new issues with the doctor even though I did not. I discussed the exact same issues I did with my previous doctor with which I had no copay. Very very… shady on their end! I would avoid this doctor at all costs!
