AVOID CYNTHIA WALLACE AT ALL COSTS. I can't emphasize this enough: FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. She provides terrible care and customer service. Do not give her your money. Learn from my mistakes!! I contacted the state medical board. July: I was given a diagnosis and prescribed a cream as treatment. My insurance didn't cover the cream so I when I received the denial letter with criteria, I called the physicians office asking them to call it in again it fitting the criteria the insurance was asking for (which they agreed I met). They said they would call it in. Upon leaving my appt I was scheduled for a 745am appt on a Friday in August. Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. August: I arrive to my 745am appt and was told I'M NOT ON THE CALENDAR. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fit me in. Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. September: Multiple calls later, STILL DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. October: Multiple calls later, STILL… DON'T HAVE THE CREAM. I got a confirmation call on Wednesday for an 730am appt on Friday. Upon arriving Friday morning at 730am the doors were locked and when I called the office, the voicemail said phones were not being answered until 830am. I waited until 8am when someone showed up and apologized that the door was locked. I said I had been knocking and calling. I talked to my provider Cynthia Wallace who had been inside and tried to tell me the door was unlocked and I could've called?!? The door was locked and the phones weren't being answered!!!! She gave me no apology and was completely heartless. I was speechless. I chose to not stay for my appointment and walked out saying I'll never return again after all the issues between my treatment and the customer service. Cynthia Wallace does not demonstrate any care for her patients. It's been three months, multiple medical bills, two appointments for which I showed up and I either wasn't on their schedule or the door was locked for 30 min and I was given no apology, and still no treatment that I came in for in the first place.

The place is a scam . Dr Skelsey charges outrages prices for Botox and doesn't know what she is doing ! Awful job

The doctor I saw, Cynthia, was very good. She was thorough, caring, and had a good bedside manner.

Dr. Skelsey was amazing. I was also very impressed with Cynthia Cameron, PA. She was the nicest person I have ever met in Dermatology. I have had such a struggle with my skin and have had rude Dermatologists. Cynthia was amazing and showed me she cared. I'm blown away today. Amazing job by Cynthia and Dr. Skelsey

I have had 5 skin cancer surgeries with Dr. Skelsey. She is warm, caring and kind. She explained all options to me. Dr. Skelsey's staff is fabulous. From the time I walk in until the time I leave the ladies in the front office and the nurses are all helpful, caring and always make me feel very welcome. I could not think of going to any other physician other than Dr, Skelsey. Thank You.

Dr Skelsey is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. She is very careful with diagnoses, because of the critical nature of what she does regarding skin cancers and other skin problems. Her Mohs surgery methods insure that all the cancer is removed, but the remaining skin is protected and preserved. She is well renowned in the field of dermatological surgery and has outstanding bedside manner.

Visited for full body screen and precancer on face. She's the typical Doc that's too busy to be thorough (she missed a visible precancer)& uses scare tactics to try to push patients into biopsies. Why not try non-surgical options before permanently scarring someones face? Educate yourself & research ALL options before letting doctors cut into you. Remember, you will have to live with any 'mistakes', not the doctor. The waiting area is way too bright(color & lighting). Do you really want to be on display if you have skin cancer or undergoing unsightly therapy on your face? Do you realize, you will be placed in the waiting room during your Mohs surgery? Also, some of the nursing staff lack basic knowledge on common prescribed meds (e.g. Solaraze). Remember, doctors are in the BUSINESS of selling health. And the skin cancer BUSINESS is very profitable. Caveat emptor.

This practice accommodated me on short notice when I was visiting DC and happened to notice a black mole on my back thanks toa hotel three way mirror. While my mole didnot alarm them they were kind and listened with compassion to my concern. Dr. Skelseyto me represents calm professionalism and caring that makes this practice an excellent choice for any skin condition.

I strongly recommend Dr. Skelsey. She is one of the best dermatologist I have ever seen.
