I had years of foot pain that was compromising my quality of life. Orthopedics wanted to do two surgeries that would require me to be non-weight bearing for 2 years. and there was no guarantee it would work, and no plan what to do next if the surgery did not work. I saw Dr. Adelsheimer and he told me about PRP. After my first PRP injection, I saw a significant improvement in my Achilles tendons. I went back several months later to have shots in my plantar facia. Not only was my pain reduced, my mobility and quality of life increased and I have very little down time. Plus a hammer toe began to straighten. I would and have recommended Dr. Adelsheimer to many people and I would suggest a consult with him before you schedule surgery. Yes, it is not covered by insurance but if you add the value of your lost time for recovery and out of pocket copayments and deductibles, I will be this is a better financial option as well as a better life quality options.

Going to raps and dealing with Dr Adleshimer was the worst expierence of my life ,he does not spend enough time with you at all but the worse part for me was that one of his injections gave me a very bad staph infection,please think twice about seeing him and read all the reviews ,I wish i did.
