Amazing experience from start to finish. The most thorough Physical I have ever had in my life

This place is hands down the best doctors office anywhere. The doctor is brilliant , staff is sweet and office is spotless. Does not get better

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would, this office markets themselves through boasting incredible hours, a practice where you are able to reach your physician Mon-Sun with late night hours. This is not the case. Upon making an initial Sunday appointment to see a physician, which I specifically said I would like an appointment with the Doctor I was met with "you will be seeing the PA" on the day of apt. My first apt at a new office after moving to long island from nyc. I came prepared to establish a new patient-dr relationship with the intentions of continuing long-term care. Medical records in hand, to my surprise the PA’s recommendations included abruptly stopping daily meds I have been successfully taking/prescribed since starting professional school ( 7 years ago). A very uncomfortable first visit by a very judgemental provider. And so I immediately returned to my old PCP. A week or so later, a voice mail was left from staff at the practice stating to “give us a call back.”… About a month later I received a bill with two different dates of service, the insurance company adjusted the bill and the practice billed for what insurance company denied, (their astronomical fee). The second date of service was a charge for a voicemail that stated to call back the office with the charge titled office visit outpatient "15 min" ($176)!! Mind you, as per my insurance company this office is an “in-network provider.” Left several voicemails for their billing department with no response for weeks. Finally was able to speak to Bridgette, the office manager. Bridgette repeatedly stated that the call was made by the PA and that labs were reviewed which they were not. Bridgette made no effort to rectify this bill nor review the charges/ codes used for this visit. Questioning the legitimacy of these fraudulent charges was met with Bridget hanging up. Intolerable level of professionalism, especially by an office manager who is supposed to be the “face of the practice.” I called several times afterwards to speak to the assistant manager but no one has returned my calls since and new bills just keep coming in with different charges/amounts. Rest assure, that a dispute will be filed.

Greatest experience ever . Dr Allen is so sweet , kind and caring . He never disappoints. He will be my doctor until I'm old and grey!!
