Dr. Marc C Cassella

I have called several times to schedule an appt with this dentist only to be put on hold and the secretary never comes back to the phone and if you hand up and call again there is no answer. I am reporting this provider to Avesis as they may not want to take certain patients or maybe this dentist doesnt exits. This office should not be listed as a UPMC Provider because they will not even schedule an appt for you. In addition the rating for this person is extremely bad.

He was awful to my daughter and i would never recommend him to anyone...he has no concern for his patients or his staff...actually fired his hygienist right in the middle of my daughter's procedure! I used to go to him years ago he's not the same dentist now that he was back then..mean and angry is what he is now. So sad!

Dr. Cassella is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist. He took his time with me and recommended only the procedures that were necessary. I have full confidence and trust in him.

Do not go to this dentist. You will schedule an apt and come the day of your apt they will call you and cancell at the last minute.....saying their equipment is broke or some other lame excuse. So unprofessional its unreal. I have had this happen to be 3 times and then they called me saying you are due for a cleaning so i schedule another apt like a dummmy (just sayin) all to have them call me again the day of my scheduled apt and say our equipment is broke we have to cancell!. Get your stuff together dr cassella and get rid of the weirdo lady at your front desk caus she sucks too!
