Dr. Marc Lewis Eckhauser

We waited for sometime and while I will acknowledge that my mom forgot to turn her phone off and it rang and it that can be annoying but when I asked if I could take some notes he rudely responded that he was busy and had more patient to see. I responded my mom was also a patient and after that his demeanor changed. As we are walking out he past us and the empty waiting room to go sit on the curb and look at his phone. Pretty busy? Really? The office staff was ok but a tip to them.. Do not speak about other patients where other patients can hear you it is unprofessional. Since then we choose another Dr. and there was a marked difference in that office happy to say.

My father was referred to Dr. Eckhauser by his cardiologist. Dr. Eckhauser was great but the staff is another matter. I had to schedule my dad’s CT scan and the person who was supposed to assist left and never returned. When it came time for us to do a telehealth visit with Dr. Eckhauser; I was sent. I link and after 15min., I was finally able to reach someone and was told that my dad’s results were not in yet, and we had to reschedule? Really, they had a week to get them prior to the appointment but apparently laziness set in. We were rescheduled for a morning appointment several days later and I received no VVC link; I callled and nothing!!!! I ended up sending a text and received two links for 12:16 and 12:17 pm but my dad’s telehealth appointment was supposed to be at 11 a.m. I clicked onboth links and nothing. I hope Dr. Eckhauser realizes the unprofessionalism and incompetence of some of his staff at the Chandler location! Mona M.

Dr.Eckhauser took great care of my dad while he was in ARMC. My dad had a fempop bypass surgery and Dr.Eckhauser did a great job with the surgery. He is caring and devoted the time needed to ensure we were well informed about the surgery. My family and I would definitely recommend Dr. Eckhauser.

MY MOTHER HAD SURGERY ON HER LEG, DR. ECKHAUSER WAS THE SURGEON. MY FAMILY AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARING AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF DR. ECKHAUSER. HE AND HIS STAFF WERE GREAT, VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE MY MOM RECEIVED.

Dr. Eckhauser is a great doctor. He is very professional and knowledgable. I had to have vascular surgery and he took great care of not only me, but my family as well. He seems to really care about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Eckhauser to anyone.

I recently had to under go an emergency surgery at Arizona Regional Medical Center and Dr Eckhauser happened to be the doctor doing the surgery, he was wonderful. He was very thorough with his exam and took the extra time to make sure my family and I understood what was going on with me. I really appreciate Dr. Eckhauser for all he did.

I recently had a vascular surgery at Arizona Regional Medical Center, which by the way, is an excellent hospital. Dr.Eckhauser was my surgeon and he was fantastic!! He was very professional and caring. He went above and beyond my expectations!! I will recommend him to all my friends and family without hesitation!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Eckhauser for over five years. During the time he has treated me he has performed successful surgery on numerous occasions to overcome arterial blockages, and he will be performing bypass surgery on me in the near future. I know him to be courteous, encouraging, and always willing to discuss at length the planned procedures. Other patients I have chatted with consider him to be a topnotch surgeon, and so do I. I do not exaggerate when I say that I go into the operating room without anxiety because I have complete trust in his surgical expertise, and know that he will do his very best for me, just as he does for all his patients. I can only say that the low rating given by another individual is an anomoly.

Did not examine me prior to my procedure (an arteriogram), was abrupt in his manner, kept me waiting over an hour on the first appointment, made me spend an extra day in the hospital because he was so busy trying to keep Mesa General Hospital open, that he didn't have time to be a professional medical provider and discharge me from the hospital. Cancelled the follow up appointment only after I got there, even though he was in the office (he had another conference call re: Mesa General Hospital). Overall very poor (bordering negligent) medical care.
