Dr. Marc Andrew Edelstein, MD

I had a consultation for a colonoscopy and addressed other upper GI issues. What a relief that his consultation was so comprehensive and thoughtful. He listens and explains well. I had confidence in his recommendations and health assessments. Throughout the process with pre-op, imaging center, his office was helpful with scheduling appointments, calling prescriptions, etc. All were so friendly and caring. On time appointments, too.

I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Edelstein and his office. His staff was very friendly and they were able to get me an appointment quickly. He spent over an hour with me during my consultation. He did a complete evaluation and I left with a plan and follow up. I am already feeling better. I have recommended Dr. Edelstein to my friends and family. He is truly the best!

I am fortunate to have the kindest, most compassionate and professional GP anyone could ask for (Dr Gary Cohan). So i should not be surprised that he recommended someone like Dr. Edelstein to see when it came time to get my most wonderful 50th birthday present - the dreaded colonoscopy! Dr Edelstein was so easy to talk to and to listen to. He explained everything calmy, concisely and in terms easily understandable to a layman. The initial consultation, the actual procedure and the follow up visit made the whole experience painless, comfortable and was in in fact nothing to dread. I have the unfortunate experience in the past dealing with doctors that were cold and mechanical so i very much appreciate finding professionals i trust and feel comfortable with. Dr Edelstein falls squarely in the latter category. A thorough, gentle professional who i couldn't recommend highly enough.

Dr. Edelstein is fantastic. I had no problem getting an appointment and my waiting time was less than 10 minutes. I had a lot of questions for Dr. Edelstein, but he took the time to answer every last one. He also started me on a new medication for my acid reflux that day that has really helped. He suggested I have an upper endoscopy, something I was terrified to have, but he made me feel completely comfortable and assured me I would be asleep for the procedure, which I was. He's got a great bedside manner, his staff is fantastic. I pestered them endlessly and they were always polite and friends and answered all my questions. Dr. Edelstein shares his practice with his wife who is a pediatric gastro doc so you know they understand people. Dr. Edelstein also owns his own surgical center right in the same building so setting up my endoscopy was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Edelstein. If you're nervous about going to a GI doctor, he'll make you feel much better.
