The doctors at this office are great, but one huge huge huge draw back is that they do not answer their phones. I switched to them a while ago and I still can't stand this 'feature' to the point where every now and then I get so aggravated I start shopping around for a new doctor. I am busy, we all are, when I have the time to call about appointments it would be nice to ever ever ever have someone be on the other line. They dont call back for hours and then, I'm in the middle of something. Hey, ladies, guess what, I have a work too! And why is it that every other doctor's and pediatrician's office I know somehow have the time to answer the phone, schedule appointments yet..you dont???? very very inconvenient. If you have the time to sit around all day and wait for them to call you back and be at their beckon call when they're ready to schedule something, this is the place for you. If you have a job, are busy, this place will drive you crazy. I'd like to see the good doctor… do well, but seriously, this is a service and customer service is actually part of what you're providing and they have NONE. So, before you commit....beware....wish I knew.
