Dr. Marc Steven Frost, MD

Overall, my experience was very good. I was put in an examination room a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time and a nurse did all the usual prerequisites. I did wait for about 15 minutes before I was seen but that is not unusual for any doctor I’ve been to. Dr. Frost was very thorough in his examination. Often I found him interrupting me, but only to obtain more information or clarification. He presented me with different treatment options to choose from and explained each in depth. His bedside manner was very good. If you don’t mind being interrupted a few times and want a doctor who will give it to you straight I highly recommend Dr. Frost.

I have struggled with chronic fatigue for over a decade. I have seen a number of physicians over that time, with most just suggesting I need more sleep. Dr. Frost has put in the time and effort to try to help me. Not only did he actually believe me, which was a extraordinarily refreshing, he provided solutions. He also has shown GREAT bedside manner. Calling me at home with test results in the evening, recalling our previous visits and conversations WITHOUT looking at my chart, and even recognizing that I had lost a significant amount of weight. I trust Dr Frost and have nothing but excellent interactions with him.

Prescribed anti-seizrure meds for six years even though the EEGs were negative. Only saw my quality of life decline. Poor reasoning abilities. Now seeing a neurologist in Rochester.

Dr. Frost is my third Neurologist and by far the best!!! He is a caring and supportive man worried about my well being. Since he has been my Neurologist he has helped me in more ways than one. He has connected me with many other doctors and surgeons to try and help fight my Epilepsy. I have myself recommended him to others going through the same battles as me. I would love to leave this area but Dr. Frost is by far the one keeping me here!!! He is a great Neurologist and a wonderful man!!!

Could not treat my illness and referred me to another Dr. Poor communication skills and knowledge is lacking.

Very god doctor knows his stuff, and explains everything a way you can understand.

When I was able to get in to see Dr Frost the same day that I called for the appointment I just assumed that it was because he did not have many patients. I was surprised at how busy he was. This meant I did have to wait longer than I should have. He did spend a lot of time explaining what he thought my problem was. While I did not think that my initial visit was anything more than average, I was shocked when he called the evening after my testing to review my results with me! The promptness and willingness to talk on the phone with me certainly was not something that I would typically expect and that certainly made me give him extra points. He was also correct about my diagnosis and I have been feeling great since.

I had seen Dr.Frost 8 months ago,He did have an emg and a mri done and when he couldnt find anything he basically dismissed me. He said it was some type of neuropathy and he could give me a PILL! A pill? How can you give someone medication when you dont know what they have and the cause!?Everytime I called after hours he had another doctor covering who would just say I cant help you cause I dont know you.Needless to say I left the so called "best" Dent nuerological and sought help elsewhere.THe neurologist I am seeing now ran some tests and found that I I now have PERMANENT nerve damage .Thank you so much DR. FROST maybe if you had listened 8 months ago it wouldnt have gone this far!At least I have a good neurologist now ,one who when something isnt right in their face takes the time.I wonder if I had been your wife or mother or daughter or sister if you would have dismissed them so quickly and told them to take a pill! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
