Dr. Marc Joel Greenberger, MD

He never reviewed my cpap results with me, simply mailed me a script to go get a cpap machine. When I called his office, the lady said I should not question the Dr's decision. It is normal for him to mail things out, she said it was a numbers game.

My husband & I both had appts, I was having asthma probs. Check in lady was rude. We were both due for full breathing tests, he got an abbreviated one, I got nothing. Dr G was unsure why I didn't get one when asked, still none given. Dr did not go over my husbands C Pap data until I asked, was unaware that he had it, finally reviewed. Unhappy that the reason I went in was asthma & NO assessment was given. Upon checkout, rudest woman I've ever encountered! Asked for my receipt 3 times, was told she'd give it to my husband, 3rd request, she yelled at me, told me it was stapled to my paperwork, apparently in the middle of several pages. She literally threw my paperwork at me, threw a fit & ended up chasing us to the parking lot. She was physically restrained by the office mgr twice, told me she had a gun and wasn't afraid to use it. Needless to say a Police Report has been filed with the city of Huntington Woods. I will never go back & refuse to recommend, not the 1st issue w/ staff

Dr. Greenberger was highly recommended to me by another Doctor. Dr Greenberger was very knowledgable and courteous. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I also had some authorizations that needed to be approved by my insurance company in an urgent manner and was done with no problems. Thank you Dr Greenberger and Staff for all your help.
