Dr. Greenstein and his staff at Advance Urology are amazing. I had the best experience with them. I’m usually not one to write reviews, but I could not be happier with my experience from start to finish. This coming from an attorney lol. I can’t praise Dr. Greenstein,AND his staff, enough! Thank you!

took the medication the day I got it (at bedtime). I had a extremely horrible reaction at midnight. the on call doc, didn't want to wake up. could hardly hear him, an he told me don't take any more- duh. Dr. Greenstein called the office and told them to call me (to say I wont get a call), Doc also called the pharmacy to see what went wrong. A short call to me was never made while I was in extremely pain for Monday night and all day Tuesday. Greatly distressed and in pain and bleeding until Wednesday 9am. heard from him about 10:30am. He yelled at me, yes I said yelled at me, when I said I WONDERED AND WAS DISAPPOINTED IT TOOK UNTIL NOW TO GET A CALL. uncalled for. Then he saw me on the 11th acted like nothing was wrong. Bullys don't change until you speak up. This bully refused to talk about it and resolve it. This Bully came from NY/NJ SEND HIM BACK.

If you want a doctor that answers questions without becoming defensive. If you want a doctor that returns calls. If you want a doctor that shows compassion when you are hurting and possibly scared because of symptoms, go find someone else. This all happened to me. This DO (could not choose a real MD school), he got a temper with question- especially why, he never felt compassion. he didn't recognize a hurting patient and refused to talk to me after 2 visits. no other doctor treats me this way. STAY AWAY

Dr. Greenfield seems to know what's new and different. When I brought my wife who was critically injured (brain damage and spine damage) to him, he didn't shrug his shoulders like most doctors do, he on-the-spot came up with numerous routes we could take. We chose one which was very successful. Then, because we go to the emergency room a little more than most people, I saw Dr. Greenfield's recommendations being implemented in the emergency room 6 months later, and the nurses singing praises for what had piqued Dr. Greenfield's interests much earlier. So, interestingly enough, my experience is that Dr. Greenfield is on top of what's new out there. He's certainly not short on solutions. Good Doctor. Very good if you're willing to go cutting (excuse expression) edge.

Dr. G was great with my kidneys stones. While he is a surgeon at heart, he is honest and presents all options and provides suggestions on how to avoid future procedures. He also has a wonderful personality and made me feel very comfortable with him.

Dr. Greenstein has the highest level of expertise in the field of urology. He has managed multiple urological issues that I have ad for more than 10 years. He not only handled several emergencies that I had, but also carefully monitors my issues for my long-term health to avoid future problems. His office is equipped to provide ultrasounds on-site. The convenient patient portal allows for patients to get information and ask questions. He is also a caring professional who prioritizes the well-being of his patients.

Marc Greenstein is the best urologist ever. No nonsense, listens, works with the patient and makes me laugh. I don't know what state I would be in if I hadn't have found him, completely by chance. Also his speed to reply to emails, even on a Sunday, is unbelievable. Really cares a lot about his patients.

Disappointed in my visit, had a lot going through my mind and was looking for a scalpel free vasectomy. I didn't realize that he didn't do this and ended up with a lot of pain I wasn't expecting. I should have paid more attention, but was nervous and didn't take it all in, he mentioned the words 'scalpel free' so I just assumed thats what I was getting. WHY WOULDN'T YOU DO A SCALPEL FREE VASECTOMY WHEN IT IS THE BEST METHOD FOR POST-OP PAIN?!?! Healing was tough. Wish I went with another provider who uses newest and best methods.

Dr Greenstein is a very caring, considerate and knowledgable Dr. He will go to the ends to find a cure for what is bothering you. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is funny which helps. He is also very helpful by way of insurances etc. He even offers holistic ideas if the patient would like to try them. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a Urologist/Surgeon. I'm sending my parents there that's how much I trust him. His office staff is also fabulous anything you need they are right on top of it.
