Dr. Marc David Hamburger, MD

First, the staff is medically and professionally inept. Scheduling to make an appointment are several weeks out, which a disgrace. And the billing department is the worst in errors that I actually had to explain to them how and why it needed to be fixed which then confirms with a three way phone conference to the insurance company to prove I was correct. Dr. Marc Hamburger did absolutely nothing for me in regards to my injuries and treatment due to my car accident. For 3.5 years I kept complaining of pain and hearing loss, and he would prescribe a prescription, but I kept telling that it is only curing the symptom and not the cause. I kept saying there is something wrong because I did not have these issues before the car accident and that I have resorted to reading lips. With eating a healthy, etc. I kept asking for any kind of holistic approach or an advance hearing test, but he would push it off as it was not a major issue saying that my injuries should not be this bad from a car… accident and things will go away on their own. Well, I finally got that advanced hearing test after DEMANDING proper treatment this far into my case that resulted in partial and final hearing loss and had to start speech therapy, which at this point into my lawsuit was late and detrimental to my case as well as my health. Even reviewing my medical chart containing 3.5 years’ worth of office visits, they were all filled with medical errors and mistakes on every signal visit that needed to be amended before the deposition. After requesting an amendment with giving the correct information, it took too long because of the incompetency of office administration, that I actually had to make an appointment with the office manager in person to go over every single visit entirely to fix the errors. I do not recommend.

I am so generous to give them one star. I could have given them a big fat "F" and zero star. This office is insane and nasty. Every one in this office is so nasty, rude and behave in the unprofessional manner including the doctor. particular the front desk lady and believe her name is Joanne. She is the most nastiest, very rude and so lie. She does not know what she is doing. She put the wrong patient charge for the nurse. I physically heard that what she did to the nurse. It is so dangerous to come to this office. They may end up give you the wrong shots too. it is so unbelievable the way they act and the way they say. When I ask to check for the appointment and not for doctor visit. it is just for xolair shots. First, she says nothing open. The only spot available is 9am. I told her that I never have to see the doctor for xolair shots. She can put me in with one of the doctor name and I don't care who is the doctor. I ask for appointment after 3pm and by the way,… the office is not close until 6:30pm. She just act so unprofessional and being so difficult to the patient. I surprise this office keeps this front desk lady. She is one of the kind. No bedside manner. She does not know how to control her temper. She yell at me over and over again. This is the most ridiculous thing I ever and never have to deal with any receptionist. After I I stood there for more than 20 mins just fight with her over the appointment schedule. She then told me she has 1:30 appointment available. I told her that I have a conflict. Again, I have to fight with her for another 20 mins. She then told me that she has 2:45pm appointment available. This is so unacceptable behavior of this lady. She lies over and over again. She also force me to sign the surgery paper work that I do not have any surgery/procedure schedule. Please do yourself a big favor, stay far and far away from this office. not mention the lab staff Donisha ( I believe). She is another liar. She suppose to call the previous allergist office to verify/confirm about my allergy shots ( i am very sure they do not have to do this, just another difficult step to give me a hard time). However, she never call the previous allergist office. I call, someone at that office picks up the phone right away. She lies to me that she calls and the office closed. There you go, another liar from this office. Now, the doctor also lies to you that she can not give you shots at the time you visit her. They make me have to do another allergy tests. This a big BULL at this office. one lie, two lie and doctor lie.

He should not be allowed to practice medicine. You will find countless reviews online complaining about his poor communication and lack of interaction with patients. Worst experience ever. Do your research and avoid.

UPPP Surgery - Dr. Hamburger was FANTASTIC! He explained the procudure and what to expect. He was very professional. I would highly recommend him. Thank You for a successful surgery.

saw Dr Hamburger and he was on time, took a complete history and exam and was able to recomend suregry that fixed my childs ear infections, Had a good bedside manor with my child.

Overall good experince, short wait time, thorough history and physical and appropriate diagnosis and medications helped with my problem. Would return if needed
