If it allowed me I would say ZERO STARS. This place does not care. Nurse Beckwith does not care. I visited Dr. Hellrung's office in Brandon a couple of weeks ago. I made an appt. a week before with his Nurse Practitioner Shara Beckwith. I was seeking a family doctor who would help me solve a problem of recurring rashes on my body. I told her that I currently had a rash but once it cleared up others would appear on different body parts and that I could not get a Doctor to treat the problem of the recurring rash and not just the rash that was present. Nurse Beckwith acted concerned but still only treated the rash at hand BUT she said if another rash shows up before our next appointment to either take a picture or drop by the office so she could look at it so she would understand better on our next appointment. The rash recurred on my elbow. I dropped by the office. She wouldn't even come out and talk to me. She told the receptionist to tell me to make an appointment. I reminded… her that Nurse Beckwith had asked me to drop by and show her. She didn't care. Make an appointment. I said the rash will be gone and other rashes will come and go before I can get in to see her. She said who cares. Make an appointment. Another Dr. and Nurse just looking for money and not actually trying to help people. SAD.
