Dr. Marc Allan Leaf, MD

I had a 10am appointment with Dr. Marc Leaf. I arrived at his office early, at 9:50am to be greeted with a locked door in the rain. At 10:07pm the receptionist (who refused to give me her name and did not have a name tag) came to open the door. Instead of checking me in, the receptionist was on the phone. Her phone call was vulgar, and offensive, and she was using language she and you should be ashamed off. Dr. and his assistant arrived at 11:07am and told me that if I don't like waiting I can "get out". Shame.

I arrived to my appointment a bit early only to be told the doctor is running late. I was told I would see him in a about an hour. They were very diligent in calling me to confirm the appointment, but couldn't spare a moment to call me to say he's running an hour late. Typical doctor packing his waiting room.

I like that he listens to me. He seems careful and, although I don't know anything about medicine, I feel like he always gets it right.
