Dr. Mancinelli was very attentive to my concerns and worked with me to get the results that I needed. He is a very compassionate doctor. His entire staff was so kind and caring. I would recommend his office to anyone needing wound care.

Received excellent care from Dr Mancinelli and the entire staff. I went to his office weekly for 4 months and every time I went, every person was kind, professional, and concerned about my healing. The communication was excellent and I appreciated how Dr Mancinelli included me in my care plan. The office was easy to get to and there was a convenient, free parking lot at the office.

Dr. Mancinelli is wonderful! As a quadriplegic pressure sores can be extremely dangerous do to my compromised system. We had been treating a pressure sore for 9 months and within 3 months time with the good doctor .... I was healed and back up in my chair!I was treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and care we could have hoped for. He is very thorough and listened to our concerns. We would and are highly recommending Dr Mancinelli to everyone we talk to. His staff is also incredible! They are all very kind and full of smiles even during this trying time with the pandemic.

I have just recently been cleared by Dr. Mancinelli after around 4 years of coming and going to his office. Him and the staff there were some of the most caring, kind hearted people you could ask for. They helped me heal faster than I thought possible even with all the complications. Dr. Mancinelli and the staff at the wound care clinic were a tremendous help to me.

Dr Mancinelli was extremely thorough and genuinely caring. Everyone, from the girls at the front desk Tammy and Ann to the techs Marie , Michelle , and Sandra my nurse. Down to asking me if I needed a bottle of water, or a cup of coffee because the wait might get be longer due to a new patient. They were professional and warming. Michelle’s vivacious energy is a blessing when anxiety is running high for difficult procedures or outcomes. Sandy is so very thorough and caring. Well done all around. You guys have a good thing going there. Thanks for the help.

Dr. Mancinelli and his staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable. He allows the patients to be proactive in their treatment plans, he listens to what the nurses have to say as well as the patients. He healed my wound when other doctors failed to do so. I highly recommend him!

I have to say UPMC Wound Clinic has some of the most courteous & caring staff of any doctors office I've ever been to. I had a wound on my heel due to a cast for a severe leg break. The clinic was clean and sterile practices were followed. When I completed my care the staff had me ring the bell and place a leaf on the caring tree. When you walk into a clinic and see all the patients smiling in the waiting room, you know they are doing something right!

Dr Mancinelli was very knowledgeable in the field of wounds and treated us with respect. He saw to it that we had the best care for my wound. He was very clear on his instructions to us for taking care of the wound at home and listened to all of our concerns. We had to see him weekly for treatment and our visits were enjoyable instead of tedious. I would recommend him to anyone needing wound treatment.
