Dr. Marc Steven Mastropaolo, DO

Dr Marc is great, however staff is unprofessional and unkind when you are in need of urgent care. Billing team does not maintain proper records of payments and sometimes calls for payments that are already made.

Dr Marc provided excellent care, however the billing process is really bad. There is no proper record of payments and sometimes call your cell asking for payments already made. Very frustrating.

Dr. Mastropaolo's time management skills are among the worst I have ever experienced. He is not well organized and he is backed by an unprofessional staff.

Not a good experience.. Very quick to prescribe pills that I didn't need. Dr. Complained how Obama care was making him bankrupt

Went to Dr. Marc for over 20 years. Left since he moved to new office. His staff must not like the move because the lady that answers the phone it is clear that she doesn't care and has a bad attitude. Dr. Marc dictates during the examination which made me very uncomfortable. They are not good at calling with follow up results. They are not good with refilling prescriptions.

Never met a more caring doctor ,dr. Marc has been taking care of my mother for years..just respect him so much ..

Been going to Dr. Mark for years .best that there is you can't ask for better bedside manner compassionate caring. Had to change from him when my insurance change but my mom still goes to him .

the doctor is good was very nice loved going and seeing him but since he moved out of his old office and into a new office with other doctors the service is terrible only went there twice the first time was a shock one of the doctors was yelling at one of the staff so loud you could hear him in the back of the waiting room i told doctor mastropaolo that if he was not there i would never come to a place like this and then on my second appointment i forgot my wallet at home and the staff told me i could not be seen well this was new to me as i never had a problem before they would just have me pay on my next visit but not here they refused to see me i was told no 15.00 dollar co-pay no doctor visit even though they had all my insurance information and on my first visit told me i didn't have a co -pay so i called doctor mastropaolo personally on his cell phone to see if there was something he could do and all he said was sorry he has to follow the rules of the new office he is in and… could not help me i explaned i had to leave work early to make this appointment but it fell on deaf ears i was so offended that i canceled all my follow up appointments and went to a new doctor seen him once and it wasn't the same so i swallowed my pride and called doctor mastrpaolo on his cell to try and explain that i wanted to comeback to his office and acted hasty in cancelling my appointments but was told by the doctor it wasn't a good idea to see me or my wife because i (me) not my wife offended the girls (his staff) what a joke put the shoes on the other feet and see how you feel thanks for nothing doc you doc are a good doctor but your staff and situation are terrible
