I have v=never experienced a Doctor like this doctor.. Very rude and not professional at all. He may end up and save my life one day he is on call, but if I had a say in the matter, I will never be in his presence again. When you bring up his name, in front of nurses and other staff members, and people at the hospital and tell them of your experience, they all have smart remarks to make about him. I can not understand how a doctor works in an environment where no one speaks highly of him at all, Of all the other doctors out their for your heart in Kingsport area, choose anyone but this guy. He needs a good ole' Bible Belt whooping. Hope he never has to experience someone talking to him at bedside like he done us.

He is rude. Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. The way he talks and treats patients is awful.

Dr. Mayhew is a stereotypically arrogant cardiologist. In his words, he is a "precious commodity" that doesn't have time for his patients. Very rude. Would not recommend.

Was not happy at all with his manner, he and his nurse actually made a bad remark toward a medication dosage my doctor had me on and come to find out my doctor was right. I have called 3 different pharmacist and looked it up online myself....really thought this was rude and unprofessional....and yes "any doctor would have known better" the same remark they made about my doctor
