I was nervous going to this Dr due to nature of issue. The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. The check in nurse was nice. The Dr was very to the point and all business. I asked questions and he would talk over me. He seemed to not want to listen and wanted to get to the point right away. But he did his job. Okay Dr and office.

I was very nervous with everything I am going through and embarrassed to talk about it. He made everything very easy, and I left feeling better than when I walked in. He explained how everything worked and let me explain everything I was worried about. It was great experience regardless the circumstances. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr Nelson at UroPartners. I underwent two separate laser surgeries for kidney stone removal, and shockingly, no stones were actually removed. Despite going through the risks and recovery of surgery, twice, I was left still in pain and with the same stones in my kidney. The communication was very poor throughout the entire process. There was no clear explanation of what went wrong, and post-operative follow-up was minimal and dismissive. After everything, I was simply told to “follow up in six months” as if ongoing pain and unresolved kidney stones were not a concern. This level of care felt careless and indifferent. I trusted this team with my health, and now I’m still suffering and left looking for answers elsewhere. I would NOT recommend UroPartners or this provider based on my experience.
