My dad seen him for 28 yrs Monthly and DIEd end stage kidney disease ??? He had no clue he had any kidney problems n was seen monthly !!!?? , He found out in the. ER & died a month later Nov.12th! They don’t pick up the phone & don’t respect you enough to call back ! Trying to get his records for 4 mo. Now?’ No vitals , blood work, no seeing the doctor ? The receptionist gives you the script after being in waitting room for hours !

I don’t no how he is still practicing medicine. He is rude n i have seen vets who treat their animal patients much better

I've been a long term patient of Dr. Petrone and he is a wonderful Doctor with great bedside manner. However, trying to get someone on the phone to be scheduled for an appointment or any other issues is very frustrating and practically impossible. If the staff is on overload and they can't handle the phones then maybe an answering service is needed. This is an ongoing problem at that office and I hear many other patients complaining about appointments and wait time. Please do something about this situation soon, it is very frustrating!!!!!!!!!

Dr.Petrone is awesome, has great bedside manner which you don't find much in Doctor's these days. His staff is pleasent and getting an appointment is no problem. I highly recommend Dr. Petrone, he had been my PCP for years and has been treating my Mom who is 76 now for many years.

You have to call for days to get an appointment, and no one ever answers the phone. The staff is very friendl, but to not know when you will be able to see your doctor and make an appointment, and call back time has been three days.
