I was referred to Dr. Rickford by my cousin who had gatric bypass. He made me feel so comfortable. The overall experience was AWESOME!! I had NO pain or complications. I LOVE his staff especially Cathy! Angela is NO LONGER there so I won't comment on her but everyone is GREAT!! I would definitely recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Rickford was very pleasant. He was professional and expert when it came to his craft. Since my surgery I can say I have no regrets and I'm very pleased with the results. However, I must agree with other patients, Angela is not the nicest person, often times I felt like finding another doctor because of her poor manners. Maybe she should look for another line of work. Kudo's to the rest of the staff!

Very pleased with the entire office staff, except one staff member. I won't mention any names. Otherwise I would recommend Dr. Rickford to anyone wanting weight loss surgery. I had the VSG.

If you need someone to help you understand what gastric bypass is about...If you need someone to walk you step by step through the process...If you need the understanding of what to expect....Call Dr. Rickford and Staff; they are there to support, ecourage and get you to a better life. That has been my experience. I thank God everyday for my life change.

Been with this program for a year which has allowed me to become healthier. But an individual has a responsibility to self in following suggestions given. I've recommended to a friend who's thinking on lap-band surgery, and recommended Dr. Rickford's office to her. The individual and group sessions are well planned. Dr. Rickford bedside manners are great! Overall everything are excellent, but this is my opinion.

He is an excellent physician confident in his care, which gives you confidence in him. He could be a better listener but I think that's just a male problem not a physician shortcoming.
