Dr. Marc D. Rosenberg, MD

I have been waiting for NINE WEEKS to get results from my procedure (including biopsy) from Dr Rosenberg's office. I have left several messages and have received various excuses for the delay. I called this morning to talk to the office manager, but as of this afternoon have received no reply. I finally called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Rosenberg, to see if I could get my results that way. (yet another expense) The gal at the appointment desk was very helpful and sweet, but that's the only good thing I can say about Atlanta Gastroenterology and Dr Rosenberg's office. And of course, he didn't have an opening for TWO MORE WEEKS. :( If you use this practice, just don't expect results for several months.

At my first visit, I really liked Dr Rosenberg. But I wasted 3 weeks while waiting for my ultrasound results. When I called, they said they didn’t get the report. I had to track it down myself. They still didn’t call me & I finally picked up the report from the Imaging Center in their building. I left 3 different messages during the 3 week period of time, but still no call. At my follow up visit, they never mentioned the delayed response. When I asked, they acted like it was normal. The nurse handed me an order for an ultrasound, & I had to remind her I was there for my ultrasound results. I finally went to another doctor & he ordered a CT scan. I got those results early the next morning after having the test. He diagnosed me quickly & is very accessible. I think Dr Rosenberg may be very knowledgeable, but the customer service is pitiful. In one voice mail I left, I said I was in pain & needed to talk to someone that day. They totally ignored me. I would never go back & I can’t… recommend them.

Rushes patient, a week went buy since lab test and no one called with results even after I left a voicemail with his assistant. Turned out to be an infection needing antibiotics and went untreated for a whole week until another doctor was seen.

Horrible experience. Horrible doctor. Completely dismissive and it's clear that the Woodstock, GA endoscopy center he works in is just a factory. No interest in actual helping the patient or listening. Advised us to "just go to the emergency room." Arrogant, uninterested and unhelpful. He should be ashamed of himself.

I was extremely disappointed . I waited 2 weeks for results and had to call everyday for, was vomiting and sick the entire time. Then begged to call in prescription which took 3 days . The prescrip . was wrong and still 3 days later never was corrected . The pharmacy called everyday and I called in tears to no avail . Horrible experience !!!!! I had to see my GP to get HELP !!!
