I recently had an appointment with Dr. Marc Rubinstein for the first time. He came into the room very aggressively, did not introduce himself, inquiring why I was there. I explained to him my concerns and stated I was there for my annual visit. He continued to interrogate me with a rude, unprofessional, demeaning tone, while showing zero empathy. I felt unsafe during the conversation, stood up and left without treatment. As a RN I feel very sad for those who see him and are unable to advocate for themselves. Never Again!
