GREAT DOCTOR AND HE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS. I LIKE THAT

I called and e-mailed Dr. Schwartz nurse 3 times for a form to be completed for my Eliquis. Donna ,Dr. Schwartz nurse ignores my request to the point I am completely out of my Eliquis. I cannot understand this type of customer service when your medical condition needs attention with my medication. Donna evidently does not care about the well-being of Dr. Schwartz patients. I am thinking about turning this nurse into the medical board. I think Dr. Schwartz is a great doctor. Donna does not seem to care about request from his patients. She is very negligent. Donna could not followup on a request I had for samples of Eliquis to get me through the weekend.

GOOD DOCTOR AND I LIKE HIM

Dr. Schwartz has done an excellent job in diagnosing and treating my condition. He sternly instructed me to exercise and lose weight, then praised me when I lost weight. His staff gets the job done but could be a little more welcoming. I strongly recommend Dr. Schwartz.

He verbally abused my mother and intimidated her amusing her blood pressure to elevate.

Came to his office, had a tread mill test with a special medecine that makes your heart faster, had two scans, and blood test. It's been almost three months and I haven't heard from the Dr. or nurse or anyone in the office. Don't know what my dignosis is.

Dr. Schwartz was very knowledgeable and very nice. He took the time to explain everything to me (from meds to tests) and even came in during my stress test to make sure I was doing well.The lady at the front window is a little cold, but I found that the rest of his staff were some of the nicest I've ever met.

Wanted to have me undergo surgical ablation of cardiac fibers but the specialist said I didn't need it. Marc got hostile with me and was screaming.
