My elderly loved one fell three times while there. The family can't get through to talk on the phone, even after trying for weeks. Mind-altering medication was administered without my knowledge or consent even though I have power of attorney. Patient has been instructed to use a diaper to avoid having to be assisted with bathroom visits. Staff provides excuses as to why they can't discuss the progress of the patient. Patients condition has deteriorated since arrival. Food is horrible, causing weight loss. No electronic communications (email) with the facility or staff - so there's no paper trail, only verbal statements - if you can get through at all. Absolutely no visitors, even COVID tested certified nurses who need to evaluate for follow-up home care or hospice. They have essentially imprisoned, drugged, isolated and stripped the patient of any dignity. A nightmare!
