Dr. Marc P Stanard

Dr. Stanard’s approach to patient care is quite remarkable. He has been my dentist for the past 3 years and he works with my schedule to maximize my limited time off from work. He also provides a relaxing environment from start to finish with exceptional patience as I navigate my dental phobia. And Dr. S. has always explained my issues and rationale behind his treatment. He has performed both deep cleaning and bone surgery within my mouth. I have always been very happy with his achieved outcomes. I am grateful for his time and skill.

I appointed with Dr. Stanard because I felt that my teeth were getting loose, my chewing ability had changed for the worse, and I was concerned that I would lose my teeth. After a diagnosis of trauma to my bite from bone loss, Dr. Stanard was able to carefully work on my bite and improve my comfort and confidence levels. Over the past months, I know that my teeth have tightened and seem stronger. I have a better sense of what it feels like to chew well. I never even thought that my bite was that off. Now it feels very sound and have I regained my confidence to eat without worrying. He also recommended that my dentist make me a bite guard to further stabilize my teeth. I’m very happy with his skill to figure out my problem and how to rectify it. Equally, I’m very satisfied with the level of care that I received. High marks all around.

I recently was diagnosed with bone loss and pocketing around my 7 year old implant that was placed in Memphis. Dr. Stanard recommended that he perform surgery around it so as to stop the ongoing infection and attempt to rebuild bone around it. After the surgery and weeks with a piece of plastic and a bone graft under my gums to address my infection, I’m happy to report no further issues with my implant and it’s crown. I chew on the tooth implant just as I did before, but without any swollen gum or pus. Dr. Stanard has saved my implant and extended its life. I’m very pleased with the result and his information as to why I developed the problem and how to safe guard it from future problems has been extremely helpful. Overall, a very positive experience with this doctor.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Stanard and his team who made me very comfortable during my surgical visit. He & the staff were very friendly & patiently understood my dental issues paying a lot of attention to detail before recommending extraction of my infected tooth with a bone graft.I felt like he really took time to listen and understand my concerns and that he had my best interest at heart...I felt trust for him, and in the end, all went well as he had explained. I would strongly recommend Dr S and his team.

Dr. Stanard did a great job explaining my options with tooth extraction and gum grafting and performing the procedures. Follow up was great as well and the whole staff was very welcoming and supportive.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Stanard for more than ten years. He is kind, patient, caring, and goes to great lengths to make certain you have all the information you need. We're lucky to have found him.

Dr. Stanard did a crown lengthening surgery so that I could get a crown on my molar. My dentist had attempted to take an impression for the cap, but the tooth's cavity was too deep under the gum. The surgery to extend the tooth went well, but removing bone in addition to the gum although necessary, is not the most pleasent experience despite the lack of any pain. My healing went smoothly aside of some swelling that Dr. Stanard had forewarned me about. Now I have a great fitting crown. Overall, I am quite pleased with the experience.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Stanard. I am impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and ability to explain procedures and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Stanard has helped me maintain my periodontal health over 10 years. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stanard.

Dr. Stendard did an amazing gum graft for me right before the holiday season. He and the office staff are very professional and top notch. There are many COVID-safe policies in place now that made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Stenard is exactly who you want to trust with your gum surgery. He answered all my questions and made sure to not leave out any details about my treatment and recovery. I'll be doing my next gum graft with him without a doubt.
