Dr. Marc Alton Stretten, MD

After 2 appointments, I switched my primary care away from this office and doctor. The staff is rude, condescending and unhelpful. When I AM able to get through to the office on the phone, unless you want to make an appointment, they can't/ won't help you. Literally every time I need a refill for basic medications (i.e. allergy meds), they require a brand new appointment with the doctor. This office works for themselves so they can suck as much money out of your insurance as possible. The doctors are closed minded and don't listen to their patients' concerns but rather push expensive medications and their own ideas of what is wrong with you (i.e. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia by several different physicians in different areas of specialty and was told by this office it was all in my head). The receptionist pulled up my chart and told me my female Dr wouldn't be able to see me. I have only ever seen a male doctor here. She then went on to say "but you've never been seen by him… right?" Forgive me, but shouldn't that information be RIGHT THERE IN MY CHART??? I HIGHLY DO *NOT* recommend this office. Unfortunately, Hemet and San Jacinto may have a ton of doctors, but they're some of the worst doctors I have ever had the misfortune of seeing.
