Dr. Marc Douglas Wager, MD

Dr. Wager is a compassionate, smart, funny, kind, and gentle doctor. He is very patient with his patients and their families. He answers all your questions clearly and in language that you understand. He is sweet with the patients and is an all around great doctor.

Dr. Wager is the best there is at the pediatric group of new Rochelle! He is kind, courteous, respectful, professional and a great pediatrician. My 2 year old isn't always so happy to visit the doctor but dr wager always makes him feel at ease. He has patience and always spends enough time with us u like other doctors in the practice.

As a neurotic new mother of a 9 month old, I must say that I could not be more pleased with the care my son has received with Dr. Wager. He is extremely knowledgeable, has wonderful bedside manner, is wonderful with the parents, and as a previous reviewer stated, he takes the time to get to know the parents' preferences. He makes an effort to get to know you and your family, and is absolutely wonderful with children. Getting an appointment is extremely easy, and the hours are so accommodating! They are open from 8-6 every weekday and from 9-12 both days during the weekend and on holidays! I have never had a problem bringing my son in, whether for a well visit or for a sick visit. The office staff is extremely friendly and they recognize us when we arrive. I look forward to bringing him in to his visits...now I hope he'll look forward to his visits as much as we do! (I know...I'll keep dreaming.) I have recommended Dr. Wager to anyone who will listen because he's fantastic--you… won't receive better care for your child anywhere.

I would recommend Dr. Wager to my sister, my best friend and anyone else who will listen. Dr. Wager, and the other doctors at the practice, are accessible, patient, friendly, and smart. They take the time to understand the child and the parenting styles and preferences (i.e. alternative medicinal treatments). The only negatives are the physical space of the office and the office staff. The physical space needs a make over. Even a quick and dirty make over (ask the patience to bring in some of their artwork and get it framed, for example). Both offices are a little dreary. And I'm not sure if it's a doctor office staff prerequisite but, this office staff seems just as miserable as all the others. Too bad because you're dealing with sick little kids who could use a smile and some silliness.But the bottom line is you are going there for the medical care and Dr. Wager is the best there is!!!
