Went to this place in a hurry because I needed I different opinion about pains in my stomach. On arrival the place was dirty and front desk lady rude. Where they take blood there was no arm rest and the place was extremely dirty. Doctor didn’t care less in helping with a diagnosis. Will never go back there ever again.

For a doctor office the place is extremely filthy. There was nothing to rest my arm while blood was taken from me. Not sanitary at all.Didn’t get a thorough check by the doctor because he was busy on the phone. Staff was absolutely rude. Will never go back there again.

Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of being a patient for a short stint and I am a spouse to a current patient soon to be ex-patient. In all my years on this earth, this is a first. The wait for the doctor is very long with an appointment and the doctors attitude is nonchalant. The office is dirty, there are no supplies and the bathroom is disgusting. There is a chair with no arm rests used by the phlebotomist near a dirty table which is the designated spot for patients arms. The co-payment appears to be the most important thing. His office charges a fee to complete an FMLA for a regular patient with a critical illness. Haitian people look up to him, but its not worth trouble. With an appointment you will be waiting anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours. The day we received the news, our wait was 3 hours. When asked why he kept his clients waiting, he stated he is the doctor so its normal for patients to wait for him. The office staff are just as unprofessional, whispering nasty comments… about patients under their breath. All in all a terrible experience; FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

I'm truly disappointed with this doctor and his staff. Haitians look up to this doctor because he speaks the language, and we feel more comfortable with someone we can relate to. Unfortunately, he either does not care, or is incompetent, or has lost his desire to serve as a medical doctor. In either case, the patients suffer and will most likely not get the proper care. His staff is just as incompetent, and I truly believe that they are a product of their careless boss. Do yourself a favor, find another medical care provider. I'm sure there are other Haitian physicians who are here to serve the public with care, professionalism, and dignity. I hate that I have to write this review, but my experience with this doctor and his staff is truly disappointing.

This place was filthy,hot and the bathroom was disgusting. There was no arm chair for them to draw my blood, instead I had to rest my arm on a filthy shelf. There is only one size needle the big one, no gauze just cotton balls and a bottle of alcohol. I was also led in by an MA with a bad body odor, the scale is broke and your height can't be taken also there is a thick plexiglass that separates you from the staff, you can barely here when they call your name. Dr. Benoit was so rude when I finally got into the examination room after 4 hour wait, which was very messy and disorganized instead of greeting me he was busy checking Facebook and told me to give him a second. He also called out to his office manager Martine and cursed her out in creole right in front of me. When it was time for Martine to give me an appointment and I asked for a different date she rolled her eyes and asked me to have a sit in the waiting area I could hear her tell one of the staff that I a patient can kiss her… a-- and take whatever day she gives me. I thought maybe it was a rough day so I gave it another shot and it turned out the same dispensable Dr. Benoit was even nastier you could clearly see him come out and look at the patients in the waiting room though the plexiglass and say why are they here I don't care send them home after waiting for so long I left and never returned this place shouldn't even be open I wish I could give it no stars.
