Yes, sometimes the wait is long, however, Dr. Lechin saved my life!

Dr. Lechin has been our family doctor for around 8 years. He has treated my daughter since the age of 14 when she was diagnosed with severe cardiovascular condition, she is 22 now and in very good condition with his care. He has treated mostly everyone in my family and he is always willingly to help and is actively caring for us. He is an excellent doctor who is very knowledgeable in his field. He is also very trustworthy and very involved in the care of his patients. He treats 5 people in my family and we are all so pleased with his care and how much he has done for our family. We really recommend him and his staff.

My first time visiting Dr. Lechin I waited about one hour before I was called. During that time, I remember another new patient who lost his temper at the wait and to whom another patient explained that if he knew how much Dr. Lechin cared about his patients, he would understand why he often was running behind schedule. She added that she would wait for Dr. Lechin whatever time it would take him to receive her. I found that episode very revealing and reaffirmed by my own experience. Dr. Lechin is the only cardiologists that I have seen taking the time to listen to and care about the problems of his patients. This certainly takes more than the 20min visit that we are used to in commercial health care. The rewards, however, are worth any wait. Dr. Lechin puts together a comprehensive patient study based in routine exams, carefully questioning the patient, and running tests as he finds out more about probable causes to each patient's case. I was impressed to see how careful he was with… all details in diagnosing problems and later following up on them. Anyone who realizes how truly Dr. Lechin cares about your health becomes a faithful patient of him. My philosophy when I went to visit him was to free up a morning and take my work and laptop with me to wait until called while doing something useful. No problem on the wait. By the way, while in his waiting room you will always hear someone's story on how much they appreciate this wonderful man. He was my Dr. for 8 years until I moved almost a decade ago. I really miss his style and attention.

I have called 4 times without any responses.

After waiting hours, we finally saw Dr. Lechin. Almost 5 weeks later, we are still waiting for any type of results to be provided to us. We did not receive a phone call nor any report on paper. Left several messages. We are trying to be patient. Don't plan to go back.

Well over 2 hours of waiting without being told anything. They stick you in a room and you just wait. No lie over 2 damb hours

My testimony to family and friends for years has been that this is one of the rare doctors that still listen and sincerely cares for his patients. Five star doctor across the board. Thanks Dr. Lechin

Awesome Doc

Dr. Lechin is one of a kind. You will never find a doctor like him. I would like to start by saying that his staff is very friendly. I have a great experience with his nurses and physician assistants. When he is in a room with you he gives you his undivided attention and does not care about time. He will give you as much time as you need and would make sure that you understand thoroughly about your condition. He has not only saved my life but also my family and friends. The only downside is the waiting time, but you have to understand that this is due to him dedicating a lot of time per patient. If you are looking for a doctor to give you some pills and send you in and out, this is not the doctor for you. However, if you are looking for a doctor who truly cares about your health, then there is no better doctor than Dr. Lechin.

Difficult to get appointment and unreasonable wait time. He is very scattered and has trouble staying on task. He is an excellent physician, just too much trouble.
