If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to get a referral for a specialist and decided to see a general practitioner, Dr. Mark Dagdagan. He came in with a rude demeanor and would not even let me finish my sentences. He questioned everything about my past medical history, making me sound like a liar or like the other doctors who had seen me were incredibly ignorant. When I asked if I could get the referral form to choose my own doctor in my network, he went ballistic. He started screaming at me and asking why I could not simply go to the doctor attached to their clinic. When I tried to calmly explain that I liked to do my own prior research on doctors so I would have the best experience possible with someone that is willing to understand me, he was incredibly dismissive and started asking me, "Do you even want this referral form? You could just go to another clinic if you don't like how I'm doing this" OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I kept telling him to please… calm down, but because I'm young, I think he felt he deserved to belittle me. What he didn't expect was that I would walk out of that office right then and there. People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect by their physicians, and this man made me feel as though I was a liar and he knew my whole life in a context that was beyond me. If you value doing research. If you believe you are capable of researching and finding a good medical professional. If you believe you have inherent human rights to be treated fairly. Do NOT go to this clinic or see this doctor. You deserve better. This man will make you feel like you don't. So again: You deserve better.

Don't believe they're even qualified...find another.
