I was completely misdiagnosed and put on ineffective treatment, and prescribed the wrong diagnostic tests and medicines. I was ultimately dropped as a patient because he had… no more treatment options for me It wasn't until I saw another doctor who actually evaluated my symptoms objectively, and ordered the correct tests, that I was finally properly diagnosed. Dr. Chechi is an academic at best and a clinician at worst. Ultimately, he is a terrible practitioner and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money.

I accompanied my partner to the appointment with Dr. Cherchi and was very happy with his patient care. His bedside manner is a refreshing characteristic from doctors in this healthcare system. Very knowledgeable, rational, respectful, and very open to patients asking questions.

Excellent doctor ,very kind and compassionate

Dr. Cherchi is an unusually compassionate physician. He is patient, understanding, mild-mannered and not at all arrogant. On my first visit with him, after being with diagnosed by Dr. Hain. He spent almost an hour with me, even though the appointment was supposed to be only 15 minutes long. Having been given a diagnosis that might last for years or even the rest of my life, this was extremely important to me. He never sounded rushed, and when I asked questions, he would acknowledge the importance of it, and explain what he could in a logical and clear way.

I would and have told others with similar problems my experience with Dr. Cherchi. I recommend him to others and find him to be the best doctor i have seen. He completely restores my confidence in the medical field with his knowledge and bedside manners. In spite of my anxiety and overwhelming problems he has got me through the worst migraines and dizziness after a severe concussion. His staff, the best i have encountered. Always working as a team and never upset. A bonus was when he returned all calls quickly . He always made everything i said important and worked on all problems even when I was ready to give up My only regret was not taking before and after photos, because the difference he made in my health shows in my appearance.

Extraordinary doctor!!!! Caring, thorough, responsive, accessible, smart. Grateful to have him as my doctor!

The other doctor at Dr. Tim Hain's clinic in Chicago. He and Dr. Hain work together on analyzing patients' cases. Very bright man, diagnoses accurately, and helps rule out incorrect diagnoses. Busy but doesn't rush you. Very kind, soft-spoken. You can request to specifically see Dr. Cherchi or Dr. Hain -- otherwise (since they collaborate) you'll usually be seen by whichever of the two is available first that day.
