Dr. Marcene Faye Kreifels, MD

Absolutely horrific! The lady who answers the phone is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. I would never go to this office if it was the last on earth.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kreifels for over 25 years. She is most professional in reading medical chart, patient examination, diagnosis and treatment. She also very kind and caring,while at same time being very objective. When I go Crestview/ Destin area I always visit Dr. Kreifels as a patient

She needs to be reported to the medical board. Very dirty place. I have never seen where the doctor is the receptionist. What a joke

She is a great doctor that cares about her patients. She makes sure she takes the time to listen to you. Its hard to find a good and caring doctor. Im glad I have her.

Overall good experience. A doctor that actually sits and listens and works with you. Most doctors rush you in and rush you out. Not this doctor.

I will start off by saying that this doctor writes her own positive reviews. Several of these reviews that are positive were written by her. Nextly, this doctor is highly unprofessional and a bully! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from her.

I have had many visits to be medically diagnosed and treated by Dr. Marcene Kreifels over the past 20 years or so, and always know that she takes the time and effort to see to my continued good health. I know that she graduated from both Creighton University and Harvard medical schools. With her medical knowledge and experience over 38 years as general health practitioner and surgeon, we are very fortunate she is located the Florida Panhandle

I can repeat others statements about her: grossly long waits to see her grossly incompetent self. She draws blood without gloves. I am used to phlebotomists at blood labs drawing my blood and, yeah, the blood lab folks use gloves. I am also used to getting my test results, paid for either by me or my insurance automatically. Nowadays competent health care providers have online communications systems so test results are automatically available to doc and patient. She breaks the law in her refusal to send a patient's file, upon patient request, to other doctors. What is she hiding with refusing to send files to other docs? I suppose she doesn't want other docs to see how she operates and get reported to medical board. In fact, why don't all the patients she treats abusively file complaints with medical board? I'm gonna. Having read all of her reviews, it looks like she and friends/family have posted just enough favorable reviews to give her the 2.5 rating. It is obvious she is… juking her own review stats. Instead of cheating with how many stars she gets here, why doesn't she try behaving competently? Why doesn't she treat patients with professional competence? Save yourself her demeaning incompetent 'help'. Find another doc.

I visit Dr. Kreifels regularly. She is a down to earth, civil human being that chose to be a doctor so she could truly help people. She's not there to collect a fat paycheck and run her patients through her office like its a fast food drive-thru. She takes the time to get to know you, to be able to notice when there is something wrong even when you may not notice. Yes, she does run the office on her own. As most of you know, good help is hard to find. As a physician, working alone to run her own office most of the day, She continues to use her skill and knowledge every day of her life to do everything she can to make sure that other people are able to maintain a healthy life.
