After waiting an exceptionally long time due to the fact that the doctor was double booked in every time slot, I had a few short minutes with the doctor who was curt and almost rude. I would never go back to see her again.

I saw Dr. Jones after being involved in an accident where I had my thumb detached. She successfully replanted it and was excellent in counseling me as to both what my initial prognosis would be in the short term and how my life would be affect in the long term. She took the time to answer all of my and my wife's questions.

Dr jones is an excellent surgeon.she has a wonderful manner, kind and caring.. Her skills are great-- she is honest and straight forward. While she is no nonsense - direct- it is coupled with compassion and care.

I have been very happy with the outcome of the hand surgery I had. My only concern was the glossing over of the pain level to be expected and the wording that was used when the procedure was explained- use of "wire" for stabilization. In my opinion, it wasn't a wire- it was a nail. Was not expecting that and the pain was a concern for weeks on end. The end result was excellent and I guess you could sum the experience up as "No pain, no gain" Dr. Jones has excellent bedside manner and I can't say enough for her caring. I would recommend her highly even with the painful experience I had.
