Dr. Marcia J Browne, MD

I really enjoyed my visits with Dr. Browne the first time I met.her. She seemed very smart, not to chatty but made me comfortable. I felt confident in her expertise. If you are looking for a friend call someone else. If you want a top notch oncologist she is that.

I felt Dr.Browne cared the first time I met her. She looked me in the eye and spoke the truth, and at the same time inspired hope. I had complete faith and confidence in her. I care about and respect her deeply. She is an excellent listener and, in my opinion, an excellent doctor.

Three visits, first I waited 30 minutes, second I waited 45 minutes then another 20 minutes for doctor to come in, last visit I waited an hour in the waiting room and then 15 minutes for the doctor.I was seeing this doctor for a specific issue, a blood clot. She made me extremely uncomfortable when she started questioning my other medical issues and suggesting that my diagnosis wasn't right and that I should get a second opinion. I have seen 4 different doctors before getting a diagnosis so I feel comfortable that this doctor is treating me successfully, especially since 6 months ago I was in a wheel chair at age 33 and now I'm walking with out any issues. So, I'm taking Dr Browne's advice and getting a second opinion from another hematologist
